You must provide an email address if you want to know if your application has been accepted. If accepted you will use your email and a password will be given to you through the acceptance e-mail. This password you will be able to change through your profile in members section when accepted. All fields for incoming new members must be filled out without exception if you plan on us taking your Application Seriously
